My daughter had her first taster class at DSPA in 2017. Three years later she now participates in 13 classes a week, has private lessons and is a member of the performance team. She has been given so many amazing opportunities over the years and has made memories that she will never forget! The teachers are so committed and focus on bringing the best out of the children both in terms of their dance ability and their personal development. They care so much about them and go above and beyond to make sure that they not only reach their potential but also that they feel happy, safe and confident. The studios are my daughters second home and she absolutely loves every single lesson.

I have two daughters who dance at Dawson School Of Performing Arts, my eldest has danced for 8 yrs and my youngest started at our Twinkletoes and has danced with the school for 5 yrs. Dancing is their world and it’s all thanks to the dedicated, professional teachers who have taught them all their skills and technique that they know to date. Dawson School of Performing Arts isn’t just a dance school. It’s a dance family where every child is respected and also taught the love of dance and being part of a team. There is no teacher I wouldn’t be happy teaching my children and there is no other dance school I would want them to be part of. Miss Elin and her team are the best.

My daughter has been attending the dance school for 4 years. It has been a great confidence boost for her along with gaining amazing results in her exams. The school have provided her with great opportunities to perform on stage/in theatre’s along with being part of their performance team entering into competitions. All the teachers are a great team and encourage the best out of all the children. My daughter loves attending the studios and continues to develop in all areas of dance. Penny is really loving her ballet class on Saturday mornings. We have found the delivery to be successful at keeping Penny’s attention and Miss Emily’s enthusiasm, passion for dance and encouragement to the students comes across strongly. Mum of Penny, aged 4.

Dawson School of Performing Arts is an amazing dance school. It is nurturing, whilst still encouraging the children to aim high. My daughter has had some fantastic opportunities and her confidence both on and off the dance floor has grown so much. Cannot recommend this dance school enough!

My daughter has been at the dance school for 5 years now and this will be her third year as part of the performance team. She has always had lovely teachers who make lessons fun as well as having high expectations of technique. She absolutely loves coming to dance and attends five days a week. They have put on amazing shows and attended numerous competitions all while ensuring the children are happy and enjoying themselves. Charlie also has singing lessons and attends musical theatre classes, all of which are helping to build confidence. The dance school feels like a family which we hope to be part of for years to come!
