Refund Policy

  • We require all classes to be paid upfront before the date specified by Mis Elin each term.
  • If classes during the term are missed due to illness, holidays or any other commitments you will not be entitled to a refund.
  • If you have paid for a class out of term time or a holiday workshop and do not attend, you will not be entitled to a refund.
  • Private lessons need to be paid upfront and we have a 48-hour cancellation policy so you will be charged for private lessons if you cancel after this unless it is due to illness.
  • If a class is missed due to a bank holiday, students will be able to attend the same class later in the week on a different day, so they do not miss out.
  • On the rare occasion that extreme weather conditions affect classes and we feel it is in the pupils’ interest to close, we will cancel classes and notify everyone via email and Facebook in the morning. If classes are missed due to weather conditions pupils can attend the same class at a different time or different date.
  • In the event that government guidelines and restrictions relating to the Covid-19 pandemic or any other health related crisis suspends physical attendance at the Studios, all available effort with be made to transition classes to virtual attendance via applications, such as but not limited to, Zoom. Fee’s for classes will remain outstanding and refunds will not be available. This is to ensure that classes can continue to operate during this challenging period and again once the restrictions are lifted and the school returns to normal scheduling.
