Body Conditioning and Limbering

This class works on strengthening and stretching our students, while improving stamina. It works a long side all our other genres to improve technique across the board. The class includes cardio- vascular elements, strengthening work and flexibility focussed exercises. Our students leave this class knowing they have worked hard!

Classes available:

Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays!
